EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Because of the limited nature of High Ground’s merchandise, we do not offer refunds other than for damaged or defective merchandise so please choose carefully. We offer limited exchanges for clothing only as set forth below.
Damaged and Defective Items:
We carefully inspect all merchandise before shipping, photograph, and label by purchaser each piece to ensure items are shipped in perfect condition.
If you find a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the defect, and we will compare your pictures to the pictures we took of your merchandise at the time of shipping. We will not accept any item returned not in its original condition, worn or used, smells of perfume or deodorant, placed in the washing machine or hand washed, stained or dirty, missing tags, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If we find that there was damage or a significant defect at the time of shipping to you, you will return the damaged item and on receipt, we will refund your item purchased. We will only exchange with proof of purchase and receipt. Your refund will be credited to the original payment source, or store credit, and may take up to twenty (20) days to process once the item is received, in addition to any credit card or paypal processing time. If the original payment source no longer is available, we reserve the right to issue store credit to be used at our Online store. It may not be used at the High Ground Music & Arts Experience.
Wrong Size Exchanges:
Choose your size carefully!
If you order the incorrect size, and wish to exchange your item for a different size, contact us at email@example.com with your order number, name and address, and notify us of the size you prefer. In our sole discretion, if we have the size you request in stock, we may allow the exchange.
If we can accommodate the exchange, we will provide you with a code to place on the box, and our address for returns. You will have seven (7) days to return your original purchase for exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of mailing your item back to us.
You may not exchange any item that is not in its original condition, worn or used, smelling of perfume, smoke, or deodorant, placed in the washing machine or hand washed, stained or dirty, missing tags, or in any other way damaged. If upon receipt and inspection we find no damage to the item, we will exchange your item for your preferred size. You will pay for shipping of the new size back to you. Please be advised that we photograph each item before shipping and compare the returned item to the photograph to ensure it has not experienced any damage. If the item is damaged or worn by you, and returned to us, we will not exchange or refund the item, nor will we ship it back to you.
We cannot guarantee availability of the size you prefer longer than seven (7) days after we provide you with the code for exchange.
SHIPPING FROM YOU TO US:
We are not responsible for any item shipped to us as returned defective or for exchange until we receive the item. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item and it is your property until received by us. If you are shipping an item over $75.00, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
Wait at least thirty days after you’ve been notified you will receive a refund before contacting us about a missing refund. Then contact your credit card company or paypal, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you cannot locate your refund after thirty (30) days, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Most orders are processed within 1-2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We will notify you after your purchases ship. If you do not receive your purchases within thirty (30) days after purchase, please OC contact us at email@example.com.
All shipping charges for your merchandise are nonrefundable.
We do not ship internationally.
